Rehabilitation Care
Carthage Health and Rehabilitation Center is trained to work with multiple diagnoses including stroke, orthopedic, pulmonary and cardiac patients. Not only will the facility have an interdisciplinary approach to care for residents, but our therapy team will assess living conditions for patients to help ease the transition home. The social service department will contact home health to assist with the continuum of care.

Carthage Health & Rehabilitation Center's short-term rehab unit offers patients a private setting for their rehabilitation needs. The short-term rehabilitation rooms are semi-private rooms and available at no additional charge to patients.
